Restoring appropriate strength and flexibility through home or gym-based exercise maximises the durability of your recovery. We also provide exercise programmes to assist with weight-loss and diabetes management.
Hydrotherapy
Exercising with the aid of the buoyancy and warmth of the indoor pool is a great way of improving strength and flexibility when land-based exercise is too painful. The pool depth of 1 metre ensures safe participation regardless of swimming ability.
Elite level sport physiotherapy
