The
Aim of Boot Camp is to enable you to actively participate in a form
of training that uses group participation and
teamwork.
It’s
designed to motivate and encourage you to push yourself harder and
further then you have before. We all work as one to take you one
step closer to achieving your fitness goals.
As a
member of Boot Camp you are entitled to;
- Participate
in 3 sessions per week
- Fitness
Assessment & Fitness Testing
- A
Whitlam Boot Camp T-shirt to wear to each session
- Feedback
advice from our experienced, professional
instructors.
Do I
need to be fit to do Boot Camp?
Of
course not, that’s why you are coming to Boot Camp. On day one of
the course we will put all recruits through a Basic Fitness
Assessment allowing us to cater for all fitness
levels.
