Women's Only

Women's Only Women's Only is a class for women, instructed by females. Lose weight, tone up, increase your fitness and strengthen your pelvic floor in this one hour class. NB. Males are not permitted inside the studio 10 minutes prior to the beginning, or 10 minutes after the class.
